Boardroom
The boardroom contains a large rectangle board table and eight (8) comfortable executive style high backed chairs. The boardroom is seperated from the carriage room with acoustic folding doors and a small patio is accessible from this room for breakout sessions. The room has a television set mounted on the wall and contains its own indivdual airconditioning.

Carriage  Room
The Carriage Room like the Boardroom is located upstairs on the first floor of the main reception building and is not accessible by lift .The décor is elegant and the room has its own airconditioning and controls. A small patio is accessible from this room which can be used for breakout sessions.

** Included in the room hire is the use of a mobile whiteboard, TV/Video/DVD and OHP . Room setup includes – water & mints, flip chart, registration table and lectern. The room has a large whitewall designed for use by a data projector.

 
 

VENUE LAYOUTS

VENUE 1 - BOARDROOM
Boardroom
Up to a maximum of 10 people. Suitable for small official meetings and interviews.


VENUE 2 - CARRIAGE ROOM
U Shape
Up to 20 people (Maximum 25). Suitable for training programmes where group interaction is required, or where the use of visual aids is important to the presentation.

Classroom
Up to 30 people. Suitable for intensive programmes where the focus is on the presenter and extensive note taking is required.

Theatre
Up to 60 people. Suitable for short duration programmes where the presenter is in the focus but note taking is not essential. Using chairs only aligned in rows.

Catering Options  
Breakfast meetings can be catered either in our Quarterdeck Restaurant or direct into either function room. Lunches can be served as working lunches into the 2 room venues or alternatively, may be taken either in our Quarterdeck Restaurant or served on our undercover restaurant deck, overlooking the pool.
